Weather: 5 mph SE Wind, Sunny, High of 89, Low of 74
Tide: -0.1ft Low at 9pm, 1.8ft at 3:30am

I got out of work late Monday night but wanted to get baits out anyway. I paddled my only two baits out by 9pm and jumped in the tentcot to avoid all the bugs. A couple hours later one of the Avets went off and I hooked up to a 6.5ft bull. Five minutes into the fight the other Avet starts going off. I set the hook and was now hooked up to two fish solo. I placed the rods in the sand spikes and alternated reeling the lines in. Amidst the chaos a loggerhead turtle starts making its way from the edge of the surf to the dunes to dig a nest. I landed the first bull then ran over to the turtle for a quick pic just as it was headed back to sea. I ran back to the second Avet and continued where I left off and landed an upper 6 bull.
