Tide: 2.0ft high at 10pm
With a front approaching towards the latter part of the week, we decided to hit the beach midweek before the wind, rain, and cold slowed things down for a while. By 8pm things were looking promising with good sized baits in the water on the 14/0, 2 12/0s, 9/0, and 6/0. The first few runs we f'd up on the hookset and for a while it looked like we missed our chance. The 12/0 went off again and this time I made sure the hook stuck..maybe 30 seconds later the 6/0 went off and Ryan took it to him..double header! Both fish came in at the same time, two nice fatty bulls! Not too long after releasing the double, the 14/0 took off and it was Laura's turn to get in on the action. She put a hurting on another bull in a short 10 minute fight. Three nice bulls in November, can't complain!
