Tide: -0.5ft low at 9:30am
Fished the flats from 10-2 then hit a deep backcountry lake from 3-5. Caught a few, lost a few, but it was a nice and relaxing day on the water. Best baits were gulp shrimp for tailers, 3.5" badonk-a-donk, and the mirrodine. Saw a few snook sunning and happy to report no floaters in their usual haunts. It was good to be back on the water after a 3 week hiatus from the unpleasant cold.
