Tide: -0.2ft Low at 10:30am
Ryan from NC was in the area the past few days and wanted revenge on the baby tarpon that evaded us last year. We met on the water at sunrise and were greeted by several rollers. They weren't in thick but Ryan scored a 10lber just as I was trying to convince him to leave the area. Way to stick it out and get it done! Describing those fish as finicky would be a huge understatement. We fished the bays the rest of the day without much to show for our efforts.
