I searched for snook today as I've been out of the loop on where they've been the last few weeks. I found a few laid up on the banks but a cold front moved through late morning and kicked up the wind and rain making it very difficult to see them. Despite the conditions the jacks were roaming around and made the day halfway decent at least.
Before the holiday Ryan came down from NC and we fished for baby tarpon. The bite was very tough to say the least. Here's an est. 10lber spitting the lure on the third jump right before sunset.
